This is one of my favorite corn dip recipes! It's super easy and I never have any leftover.
Ingredients:
2 11 oz cans Mexicorn
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup to 1 cup Mayo or Miracle whip
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Adjust Mayo to your taste.
3. Place mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Bake 20 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
5. Serve with Fritos or chips of choice.
